제목 Synthesis of azide thermoplastic polyurethane for click chemistry and its application
초록 Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) has been investigated in many fields due to its excellent flexibility and processability. In particular, the thermoplastic polyurethane including N3 groups (Azido TPU) can control the physical properties by controlling the content of N3 groups. First, Poly (ECH-co-THF) diol (PET), which is a polyol containing a Cl group, is prepared, and then the Cl group is substituted with an N3 group. For this reason, according to the content of Cl group, and since the content of N3 varies we can easily adjust it. Finally, 1,4-Butandediol and 4,4'-Diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) were added to this Poly (GAP-co-THF) diol (PGT) to synthesize azido-TPU through urethane synthesis. The Azido-TPU synthesized in this way can increase its physical properties by introducing a desired functional group through an azide-alkyne click reaction. In addition, it is possible to adjust the reaction percentage of the N3 group.
