Recent, issues for energy provoke a necessity for building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPVs). In this work, we firstly demonstrate colored perovskite solar cells (PeSCs) combined with liquid crystalline cholesteric reflective color filters (ChRFs) inspired by cuticle of a beetle. We suggest two kinds of PeSCs with ChRFs for each purpose. Firstly, PeSC with ChRF1 has low reflectance so that it minimize power conversion efficiency(PCE) loss, but it exhibits narrow color gamut. Secondly, PeSC with ChRF2 is fabricated using simple optical design, inserting one more ChRF and half wave plate retarder, so that it has twice of reflectance and enhance color gamut whereas it increase PCE loss compared to PeSC with ChRF1. Besides, our PeSCs with ChRFs are applicable for large and flexible PeSCs because they are constructed using only organic components and wet processes. |
