Recently metal-halide perovskite light emitting diodes have attracted great attention because of their excellent properties such as high color purity, high photoluminescent quantum yield, proper conduction and valence band energy levels, convenient bandgap tunability, and solution processability. However, the metal-halide perovskite materials have small exciton binding energies. Accordingly, we need to physically confine the excitons in the metal-halide perovskite film by forming nanocrystalline structure. Here, we tried to form nanocrystalline CsPbBr3 metal halide perovskite thin-film with controlled grain size by spray-coating and demonstrated efficient metal halide perovskite light emitting diodes. |
