제목 | Ni-doped CsPbBr3 through various nickel sources for stability enhancement |
초록 | Stability is a main issue to solve in next-generation perovskite electrical devices. Metal doping is one of prevailing method to make stable perovskite nanoparticles. Ionic radius of Ni2+(~0.69Å) is smaller than that of Pb2+(~1.19Å). Therefore, Ni doped halide perovskite had structural stability and better optical properties compared to undoped perovskites owing to small size Ni ions of inhibiting formation of halide vacancies. CsPbBr3 was synthesized by hot injection methods and Ni:CsPbBr3 was synthesized using various Ni sources. NiBr2 was the most common nickel source to synthesize Ni doped CsPbBr3. Researches were reported that Ni:CsPbBr3 using NiBr2 performed superior stability and enhanced optical properties. Hence, using NiBr2 as a nickel source has a problem that metal halide needs high temperature to dissolve which is vulnerable condition for other precursors. In this research metal acetate and metal acetylacetonate were used as a nickel source to obtain advantages both decreasing temperature to dissolve and passivation of perovskite induced by acetate and acetylacetonate ions. To achieve high stability on perovskites, researches on doping sources should be one of the methods to break though. |
