Organic Light-Emitting Devices based on Thermally Stable Carbazole-Containing Hole Transport Materials with Diverse Imide structures |
초록 |
Organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) have attracted wide attention due to their potential applications in full-color display and in the lighting industry. However, the short device life time has been a critical problem for OLEDs. Practically OLED thermal stability has been an important issue for the long-term efficiency and life time. In this sense, we introduced imide moiety that has good thermal and mechanical property into molecular structures. We synthesized three carbazolecontaining hole transporting materials by using diverse dianhydrides to present better OLED’s thermal stability. In this study, we fabricated OLEDs based on carbazole containing hole transport materials. We investigated their molecular characteristics and device performances. |
