제목 Organic Light-Emitting Devices based on Thermally Stable Carbazole-Containing Hole Transport Materials with Diverse Imide structures
초록 Organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) have attracted a great interest in applications to flat-panel display(FPD) applications owing to their high luminous efficiency, low driving voltage, tunable colors as well as convenient design of the device structures, and low fabrication cost compared to other displays. However, the short device life time has been a critical problem for OLEDs. Especially thermal stability has been an important issue for the long-term efficiency and life time of OLEDs. In this sense, we introduced imide moiety that has good thermal property into molecular structures. We synthesized carbazolecontaining hole transporting materials with imide structure to present better OLED’s thermal stability. In this study, we fabricated OLEDs based on carbazole containing hole transport materials. We measured their device performances.
