제목 Organic solar cells from water-soluble PTEBS:Na^+ polymer donor and PCBM acceptor
초록 Organic solar cells are promising sources of electrical power due to their efficiency, low cost, and potential renewable energy applications. There are several reports on green organic solar cells using the environment-friendly water-soluble polymer. Here, we report the organic solar cells with a heterojunction structure containing water-soluble polymer. The water-soluble conjugated polythiophene, PTEBS:Na^+, was used as an electron donor. It showed UV-vis absorption and photoluminescence (PL) maxima at 459 nm and 588 nm, respectively. The organic solar cells with various device structures such as ITO/PTEBS:Na^+/PCBM/LiF/Al were fabricated using water-soluble donor and/or acceptor polymers.
