Investigation of Surface Hydrophobicity and Optical Properties by Coating Process |
초록 |
In display industry, silica is used to fabricate waterproof film. But, the typical inorganic materials such as silica have high haze property so that hardly use as optical film. In this study, to resolve opacity, silica-based hydrophobic films with superior optical properties were fabricated by coating process. As a result, the coating factors were composed of the silica content, the comparison of layers, and film thickness. It is found that there is a relationship between the coating factors and physical properties. |
