제목 Large scale synthesis of surface-enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes with signal reliability for bio-applications
초록 We developed a large-scale synthesis method of surface-enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes (SERS dots) which exhibit reliable and reproducible SERS signal. The prepared SERS dots showed characteristic SERS based on the immobilized Raman label compounds (RLCs)​. SERS dots modified with several kinds of RLCs was applied to multiiplex detection using Raman measurement. Moreover, the prepared SERS dots were confirmed to be stable under various pH conditions through absorption analysis.
