Rigid polyurethane/encapsulated phase change materials composite foam was prepared by one shot foam rising method. The influence of encapsulated phase change materials on the foam density, Chemical Composition, Morphology was studied by Infrared spectroscopy and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal properties of composites were analyzed by Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Results show that density of foam increases with increasing contents encapsulated phase change materials. The encapsulated phase change materials are uniformly dispersed in polyurethane foam matrix lead to decrease cell size and decrease glass transition, and The composite foam exhibit good thermal reliability. |
