Synergistic effect between Benzotriazine-type UV-Absorber and HALS(Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) in polymeric film for the weatherability-improved application |
초록 |
Most polymeric materials exposed to the light are subjected to deterioration caused by the all complicated factors including solar radiation, moisture and atmospheric contaminants etc. Among them, the ultraviolet (UV) radiation engenders the photo-degradation (or irreversible chemical bond breakage) and decrease in mechanical properties of materials.The most sensitive UV portion (298-400nm) is adopted for accelerating an actinic effect of polymeric material (ASTM G154-98). The combination of Benzotriazine-type UV-Absorber synthesized newly and HALS has the most outstanding weatherability among many candidates surveyed till now. This formulation is useful in automotive application. |
