Fabrication of Nanodiamond-Containing Poly (ε-caprolactone) Fiber Matrices Using Electrospinning for Bone Medical |
초록 |
We have fabricated a fibrous poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) matrices containing nanodiamond (ND) using a electrospinning process for bone medical. The PCL matrices contained with ND (ND/PCL) was prepared with different ND concentrations (0.5, 1, 2, and 3 wt%) to give optimum tensile properties and precursor activity. The ND/PCL matrix containing 1 wt% ND showed the highest Young's modulus and tensile strength through the universal testing machine (UTM) test results. In vitro cell experiments were carried out using mouse fibroblast (NIH/3T3) and mouse calbria-derived pioneer cell line (MC3T3-E1) to find that the ND/PCL matrix containing 1% Proliferation. The ND/PCL matrix containing 1 wt% ND increased the highest alkaline phosphate activity and calcium deposition on the matrix. The ND/PCL matrix with high tensile strength and positive preosteoblast activity is a promising material for bone regeneration and dental tissue engineering. |
