제목 Synthesis of Iron-Based Nanocatalysts for High-Temperature Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis
초록 High-Temperature Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis (HT-FTS) has been exploited to selectively produce gasoline-range hydrocarbon products (C5-C12) from a mixture gas of carbon monoxide and hydrogen using iron-based catalysts. In the present work, we report iron-based nanocatalysts prepared by a facile melt-infiltration process of a hydrated iron salt with mesoporous silica, carbon, and alumina materials. In particular, the iron nanocatalyst supported on the porous gamma-alumina structure exhibits the highest catalytic activity and thermal stability for HT-FTS, based on the well-dispersed iron-carbide nanoparticles by strong interaction of the supporting material.
