제목 Prepararion of Polymer Nanofiber Webs as Energy Saving Materials and Their Sorption Properties
초록 Polymer nano-fiber webs were prepared for a enthalpy wheel as energy saving materials which reduced energy loss and controlled indoor air quality. In these materials, it is important to have large amount of moisture adsorption and a high adsorption rate. The nano fibers were prepared using poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(4-styrenesulfonic acid-co-maleic acid) blends and nanoporous membranes with high surface area were fabricated by using an electrospinning process. And semi-interpenetrating network (semi-IPN) structure was prepared using sulfosuccinic acid as a crosslinking agent in order to improve the durability. The saturated adsorption quantity and the diffusion coefficient were controlled by changing fiber diameters, membrane thickness and blend ratios. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to take the images of the fabricated fibers and to measure the diameters of the fiber. And semi-IPN structure was observed using Atom Force Microscope (AFM).
