제목 Transparent Flexible Conducting Films Based on Graphene-oxide Coated Polyimide Film
초록 In this work, we presented a simple approach for the transparent, flexible and conductive graphene coated polyimide (PI) film from 6FDA-TFDB poly(amic acid) (PAA) and graphene oxide (GO) as an alternative to the widely used metal oxide electrods. Firstly, we prepared poly(amic acid) films and then we spin-coated PAA films with already prepared GO solution (GO was produced by the Hummers method). PAA films (the precursor of the PI) are more effect than PI films to bond with GO. It can explain the hydrogen bonding between PAA and GO which contribute to combination between hydroxyl group and carboxyl group of the GO and PAA each other. Finally, we could get graphene oxide coated fluorinated polyimide films after thermal imidization.
