제목 Synthesis and electroluminescence properties of Hydrid white device(AA)
초록 Three compounds of TP-AA-TP, TP-AA-TPB, TPB-AA-TPB for hydrid white device were demonstrated. Physical properties by the change of the substitution groups of the synthesized materials were systematically examined. Current efficiencies of TP-AA-TP, TP-AA-TPB, TPB-AA-TPB were 5.58, 4.91, 3.06 cd/A respectively. Power efficiencies of TP-AA-TP, TP-AA-TPB, TPB-AA-TPB were 2.16, 1.92, 1.01 lm/W respectively. Quantum efficiencies of TP-AA-TP, TP-AA-TPB, TPB-AA-TPB were 2.96, 2.32, 1.32 % respectively. TP-AA-TP showed the best performance when the current efficiency and power efficiency, quantum efficiency of device reached 5.58 cd/A, lm/W, 2.96% at a current density of 10mA/cm2
