제목 Preparation of high elastic polyurethanes based on polyester diol, bis(2-​hydroxyethyl) isosorbide, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate and their biocompatible properties
초록 In this study, Bio-based high elastic polyurethanes were prepared with fixed aliphatic diisocyanate and varying ratios of bis(2-​hydroxyethyl) isosorbide, and polyester diol via a simple one-shot polymerization without a catalyst. The successful synthesis of the Polyurethanes was confirmed by 1H-NMR, FT-IR and GPC. The thermal and mechanical properties were characterized by TGA, DSC, and universal testing machine. The biocompatibility and biodegradation of biopolymers were tested using HaCaT for biomedical applications.
