제목 Hydrothermal Synthesis of La3+-doped BaTiO3 and Investigation of Incorporation Behavior after Heat Treatment
초록  Barium titanate (BaTiO3) is a typical ferroelectric material which used for various electronic devices such as MLCC. The particle size of BaTiO3 is required to decrease lower than 100nm due to miniaturization of devices. However, “size effect” of BaTiO3 have limited the miniaturization and improvement of dielectric properties. Thus, many researchers have focused to enhance the dielectric properties by doping the various element. In this study, we synthesized La3+-doped BaTiO3 nanoparticles by hydrothermal method with various size by controlling the pH condition. It is well known that La3+ incorporates into Ba site and enhances the permittivity as decreasing the grain size. Incorporation Behavior of dopant was also investigated by comparing the lattice parameter after heat treatment under various temperature for diffusion of La3+ ion into core BaTiO3 lattice. It is believed that this study can lead to the potential of high volumetric efficiency of MLCC.
