제목 Environment Responsive Nanoparticles for Anti-Cancer Therapy
초록 One of the novel and promising strategy for targeted drug delivery is the development of environment responsive nanoparticles. Such nanoparticles are responsive for certain environmental variables that are found in specific tissues in human body. External stimuli responsive therapy is one class of environmental responsive nanoparticles which make use of the external stimuli such as light, ultrasound, magnetic field and heat induced cell death for the selective killing of the cancer cells or tissues. Among the different external stimuli responsive therapy, photo-thermal therapy (PTT), photodynamic therapy (PDT), light triggered delivery and image guided therapy are light responsive systems. In this presentation, our current approaches using environment-responsive nanoparticles will be presented.
