Mechanical properties of POSS/polyurethane based on organic-inorganic hybrid material |
초록 |
Polyurethane acrylates (PUAs) are the modified polyurethane, that PUAs have the advantages of both polyurethane and polyacrylate. PUAs are reported to have excellent properties such as chemical resistance, good elasticity and flexibility. In the past few years, PUAs are widely used for applications such as coating, foam, ink, paint and adhesive. However, PUAs have a disadvantages low mechanical property and thermal instability. In view of these considerations, we prepared from organic-inorganic hybrid materials by polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) and PUAs based on polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polycarbonate diol (PCD). The thermal and mechanical properties of the synthesized organic-inorganic hybrid materials were greatly different according to POSS type and organic polymer. The property was investigated by thermomechanical analysis (TMA) and rheometer. |
