제목 MnO2-based Crosslinked Fluorescent Carbon Nanoparticles for Redox- and pH-Responsive Tumor-Targeted Drug Delivery
초록 The redox-responsive MnO2 nanosheets were loaded into the carbonized boronic acid-conjugated FNPs, which were crosslinked with the carbonized dopamine-conjugated hyaluronic acid (HA) FNPs as extracellular targeting ligands, while the diol of boronic acid-linked catechol groups resulted in pH responsiveness. The MnO2-loaded crosslinked FNPs (C-FNP) demonstrated quenching effect, which recovered after glutathione (GSH) treatment and demonstrated excellent stability and tumor-targeting ability. PTX was loaded into the MnO2-loaded C-FNP by hydrophobic interactions, and displayed therapeutic efficacy triggered by acidic pH and high GSH concentration. The in vitro bioimaging and chemotherapeutic activities of PTX/MnO2-loaded C-FNP were analyzed towards cancer and non-cancerous cells. This smart multi-stimuli-responsive system combined with FRET mechanism might open up promising avenues for synergetic targeted drug delivery.
