제목 The Synthesis and Structural Analysis of Functional Polymer Containing Aminophosphoric Acid Groups
초록 The functional polymers containing aminophosphoric acid groups were usually used for absorbents of metal ions. They were known for their selectivities for Pb(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ). In order to obtain commercial polymeric absorbents containing functional groups, the polyamines such as ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine(DETA) and triethylenetetraamine were used as amination agents to substitute the reactive amines in the polymeric matrices. Owing to the heterogeneous reactivities of these polyamines, the polyamine-ligands substituted in the polymers had various structures, which affected final functional groups and their selectivities. In this study, to obtain the functional polymer containing aminophosphoric acid groups, acrylonitrile-divinylbenzene copolymer was prepared by suspension polymerization and functional groups were introduced by amination with DETA and phosphorylation with phosphorous acid, In order to identify clear chemical structures, we performed SEM, IR, EDX, TGA and Pyrolysis GC-MS. The results of the chemical structures in the functional polymers were as following.
1) The polyamine-ligands were partially converted into ethanol amine ligands by hydrolysis, which was investigated through pyrazine derivatives and pyrrole formed by pyrolysis. 2) Phosphorous acid groups were substituted more than one in the polyethyleneamine ligand, which was investigated through piperazine derivatives formed by pyrolysis. 3) Phosphorous acid groups were substituted more than one in the same primary amine, which was investigated through N,N-dimethyl methyl amine formed by pyrolysis.
