제목 Effect of chitosan on the activation of bone marrow derived  dendritic cell based immune response
초록 Dendritic cells (DC) are professional antigen-presenting cells able to initiate innate and adaptive immune responses against invading pathogens. DC are capture antigens in situ, and migrate to lymphoid organs to activate naive T cells. So we investigated effect of chitosan on the bone marrow-derived DC (BMDC). First, cytokine production of BMDC was increased by chitosan such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-12p70, IFN-γ and TNF-α. Specially COS 6K made then enhance cytokine production of BMDC. Also proliferation and cytokine production of T cell was enhanced by chitosan treated BMDC.
