제목 Effects of TiO2 Morphology Control on the Efficiency of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 We synthesized several TiO2 for the efficiency enhancement of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The TiO2 powders were prepared that NaOH, KOH and LiOH aqueous solution mixed with anatase TiO2, respectively, at 130℃ for 30h. And then cool the mixture at room temperature for 6h. Finally, neutralize the mixture with HCl. The cells with acid treatment of the titania made with NaOH showed best efficiency. Their properties are mainly depended on the degrees of dispersion and uniformity of TiO2 films
