제목 Determination of optical purity of PLAby NMR
초록 PLA(Poly(lactide)) is the most commercialized polymer that is made from renewable biomass. Originated from optical isomer(L-,D-) of lactic acid and lactide, optical purity of PLA is related to its physical properties. To identify optical purity of PLA, high resolution 500MHz solution-state 1H and 13C NMR spectra of poly(lactide) stereosequence were analyzed. The poly(lactide) were prepared by melt polymerization of various combinations of L-lactide, D-lactide at 180℃ using tin(II) octoate as the catalyst.
