제목 Fabrication of cross-linked cartilage acellular matrix film for anti-adhesive barrier
초록 Recently many biomaterials used for developing an anti-adhesive barrier has become important. Among them, ECM materials derived from cartilage have an advantage of not attaching vascular cells. However, this material is difficult to control the mechanical properties to use. For this reason, it is necessary to develop biomaterials capable of controlling physical properties through crosslinking reaction. In this study, we made poly caprolactone-r-lactide-r-glycolide (PCLG) cross-linker and cross-linked to ECM derived from porcine cartilage (CAM). The crosslinked CAM-PCLG (Cx-CP) film showed we adjusted the mechanical properties through tensile strengths and contact angles. Next, we present anti-adhesion function test with in vitro cell attachment and in vivo implantation. These results showed that adhesion rarely occur compared to control. In conclusion, we made Cx-CP film which is suitable for adhesion prevention with controllable mechanical properties.
