Competitiveness analysis of government funded research institutions with the international journal paper and patent : In the case of Photovoltaics |
| 초록 |
Government funded research institutes (GFRI) have been producing the outstanding R&D outputs and outcomes. Government has been interested in the productivity of GFRI for reaching world class institutions. In this paper, we focused on the quantitative competitiveness analysis of GFRI because Government has been interested in the numbers of international journal and patents as the competitiveness assessment and she has been increased energy R&D fund gradually. We make a short-list of 11 GFRI and four universities. This research focuses on the relative competitiveness in the case Photovoltaics from 2006 to 2011. |
