제목 Fabrication and Characterization of Photoluminescent Silicon Nanoparticles
초록 Photoluminescent silicon nanoparticles have been synthesized from the surface derivatization onto porous silicon with methylvinyltetraphenylsilole. Their optical characteristics have been investigated. Photoluminescent silicon nanoparticles have been characterized by FTIR, UV-vis absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Silole-derivatized silicon nanoparticles exhibit an emission band at 380nm with excitation wavelength of 292nm. Silole-derivatized silicon nanoparticles have been used for detecting chemicals. Further details will be presented.
