The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is one of the polymers that have great flexibility and processibility. Despite of these advantages, the scope of application of the TPU have been limited because the TPU do not contain specific functional groups for further reactions. Here, we introduce the highly functional TPU with a reactive sites from the synthesized azido diol. Azido-thermoplastic polyurethanes (azido-TPUs), which could provide the other functional groups easily via azido-alkyne “click” reactions, have been studied. |
