Solid-State electrolyte with enhanced ionic diffusion and scattering effect for Dye-sensitized Solar Cells |
초록 |
Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) have currently been attracting much interest as cost-effective alternatives to conventional solar cells. For practical application, they demanded long-term stability as well as high energy-conversion efficiency. In stability, solid-state electrolyte has more advantages than liquid-state electrolyte but form’s low ionic diffusion would be obstacle to increase its efficiency. Recently, great efforts concerned with Ionic liquid-based and oligomer electrolytes which exhibit superior stability have been devoted to solve the problem. As one of the efforts, we suggest novel additives to improve cell efficiency and stability. The additive material showed increased ion diffusion coefficient and light scattering effect. Consequently, the energy-conversion of DSSC employing the additive was largely improved. |
