Electrorheological properties of carbon nanotubes composite multilayers on silica particles by layer by layer self-assembly |
초록 |
Composite particles were synthesized by layer by layer self-assembly with carbon nanotubes(CNT) and oppositely charged polyelectrolytes on silica particles(SiO2). The properties of the self-assembled mutilayers containing carbon nanotubes were studied. Functionalized CNTs(fCNTs) were prepared by the chemical oxidation method and fCNTs were incorporated to give electric properties to the multilayer. Synthesized particles were characterized by zeta-potential analysis and Sacnning Electron Microscopy(SEM). In addition, the electrorheological(ER) properties of particles were investigated. The ER properties of composite particles influenced by the number of multilayer were investigated. |
