제목 Studies on the effect of various hydrothermal conditions on the morphology and size of zinc oxide nanostructures
초록 ZnO has wide direct band gap and large exciton binding energy, which has been studied on semiconductor for many years. Zinc oxide nanopowder has been successfully prepared by adopting alkali metal hydroxides as the base source via hydrothermal process at various conditions. The size and morphology of ZnO nanostuctures could be controlled by adjusting the synthesis conditions such as the contents of dispersant (ethlylenediamine, ethlylene glycol), pH of reaction mixture, and hydrothermal treatment temperature. The obtaioned products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM.
