제목 Extraction of Flavonoid Contents from Natural Products using Ultrasonic Assisted Solvent Extraction
초록 Because of stress, many people of modern society are exposed to a variety of adult diseases, hair loss and aging. There are some causes of aging and diease.  Among of them, the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is the most common cause. In order to improve this, studies for extracting Polyphenol from natural products have been actively carried out. Polyphenol in the body has a variety of roles, such as adult prevention and anti aging through a strong antioxidant effect. In this study, We selected natural products containing a large amount of polyphenol. We achieved a  simplification of process and time-saving through an extraction process using ultrasonic waves. Experiments obtained the validity of optimal condition by using RSM(response surface methodology) that is made of basic data. In the end, We present the optimized extraction condition polyphenol content from natural products through an analysis of ultrasound..
