제목 Fabrication of UV-Curable Binder/Carbon Nanotubes Thin Films on Flexible Substrate
초록 Transparent and conductive films based on carbon nanotubes were fabricated by spray coating on flexible substrates. The UV curable epoxy resin was used as a binder material for preparing the CNT/binder one-component solution. The spray-coated thin films have good surface properties, such as abrasion and hardness, as well as high transmittance and conductivity after UV curing process. Moreover, the uniformity of the films was enhanced by introducing the co-solvent, which improved the compatibility and dispersibility of one component CNT/binder solution. Opto-electrical properties of CNT-based conducting films were controlled by the binder concentration. This technology can be applicable to the electrostatic dissipation (ESD) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding of transparent polymeric materials, etc.
