제목 Air-stable and high-conduction solid electrolytes of oxygen-substituted Li2S-P2S5-LiX for all-solid-state batteries
초록 All solid-state batteries have attracted much interest for solving safety issues associated with conventional lithium ion batteries by introducing solid electrolytes instead of flammable liquid electrolytes. Among all promising candidates, sulfide-based solid electrolytes are especially attractive due to their high ionic conductivity and good deformability. However, the low stability of sulfide electrolytes in air seriously restricts their large-scale applications. In the present study, air-stable and high-conduction solid electrolytes were synthesized by substituting oxygen to Li2S-P2S5-LiBr-LiI glass-ceramic solid electrolytes (LPSOBrI). The LPSOBrI solid electrolyte has a high ionic conductivity of 2.7 mS cm-1 and maintained high conductivity over 1.3 mS cm-1 after exposure to dry air of 10 days.
