Electromagnetic(EM) noise has become more serious due to wide applications of electromagnetic noise in GHz range for mobile phone, local area network, radar systems and so on. We fabricated the thermal stable EM noise absorber films by blending a soft magnet powder with PAI on the polymerized PEDOT film. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) film was prepared by in-situ chemical polymerization of EDOT on the substrate such glass or silicone resin using casting applicator device. The poly(amide amic acid)/ soft magnetic composite were prepared by casting the solution into polymerized PEDOT film. In all cases, Thermal imidization of poly(amide amic acid) was carried out variety temperature. The obtained films were fully characterized and their physical properties including thermal behavior and thermal stability were studied. The EM noise absorption ability of different thicknesses was investigated using micro-strip line method. |
