제목 Advent of Arylamine-Modified Half-Metallocene Titanium Complexes: Synthesis, Characterization, and Catalytic Activities of Cp*TiCl2(NR1R2) (R1= phenyl, 2-biphenyl, 2-terphenyl; R2= phenyl, 2-biphenyl, 1-naphtyl, 2-naphtyl)
초록 Arylamine based half-metallocene titanium complexes, Cp*TiCl2(NR1R2), were prepared by the reaction of Cp*TiCl3 with the corresponding lithium amides of arylamines (R1= phenyl, 2-biphenyl, 2-terphenyl; R2= phenyl, 2-biphenyl, 1-naphtyl, 2-naphtyl). These complexes exhibited high catalytic activities for ethylene polymerization in the presence of Ph3CB(C6F5)4/m-MAO at high temperature. In particular, titanium complex substituted by 2-biphenyl and phenyl at R1 and R2 positions, respectively, exhibited highest catalytic activity (6.91 kg of PE/(mmol of Ti) at 140 °C. Aryl Substitution of amido ligand gave rise to unusual slow kinetic of homo- and co-polymerization of ethylene.
