제목 Study on the Copolymerization and Chemical Compositional Distribution of Ethylene-1-Hexene Copolymer Prepared by Bridged & Non-bridged Metallocenes
초록 Metallocene or single-site catalyst shows a characteristic polymer structure due to its single active site, which is not present in the heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta polymerization catalyst. A main difference in molecular structure of (n-BuCp)2ZrCl2 and Me2Si(Me-Ind)2ZrCl2 is the presence or absence of a bridge between ligands. This study examines the effect of the structural difference of catalysts and polymerization temperature on the polymerization and molecular structure of copolymers produced in ethylene-1-hexene copolymerization. TREF analysis was performed to investigate the chemical compositional distribution of resulting copolymer in detail.
