Photocurable polymer electrolytes for flexible photovoltaic polymer cell |

Leak-free thin film photovoltaic cells were prepared by introducing photocurable polymer hybrid composite. Working electrodes for the photovoltaic cells were fabricated using inorganic mesoporous nanoparticle combined with different polymer composite. The counter electrode was made up of flexible PET film coated with platinum. Photocurable mixture containing electrolyte pair was blended for electrolyte composite. UV curable polymer electrolyte interfaced between the electrodes in the cell afforded leak-free film type photovoltaic cell and enhanced cell stability. The photo-voltaic characteristics and electrochemical stability characterized under simulated sun illumination (0.2 sun) on the photo-voltaic cells will be discussed. |
