제목 The study of enzymatic membrane reactor by immobilizing enzyme into ultrafiltration membrane
초록 Nanoporous monolithic network membrane was synthesized by blending of organic molecular network sol and poly(ethylene glycol). The network sol was synthesized by polymerizing tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and hexamethylene diisocyanate in DMF. When the solvent of mixture was evaporated, the network membrane was generated via interplay between phase separation and sol-gel transition. The pore of membrane was generated by washing the PEG with water. Various pore sizes existed and the average pore size was 20~40nm. Enzyme was immobilized by filtration of enzyme solution through nanoporous network membrane. We investigated the amount of immobilized enzyme by BCA test kit. The amount of loaded lipase into membrane was 11.3mg/cm3. The activity of immobilized enzyme showed 45% conversion of oleic acid by esterification with butanol result in butylolate. The high activity results from large surface areas of membrane which offer high contact area between enzyme and substrate.
