제목 Sensitized Near IR Luminescence of Er(III) ion in Lanthanide Complexes Based on Push-Pull Diketone Derivatives : Synthesis and Photophysical Behaviors
초록 We have developed lanthanide(III) (Ln(III) or Ln3+)-cored complexes based on 1-(N-ethyl-carbazol-3-yl)-3-naphthalen-2-yl-propane-1,3-dione (CNPD) and 1-(N-ethyl-carbazol-3-yl)-3-(thieno[3,2-b]thiophen-2-yl)-propane-1,3-dione (CTPD) for near IR emission to investigate the energy transfer pathway from the antenna ligand to the Ln3+ ion. Ln(III) complexes were prepared by ligand-exchange reaction using anhydrous LnCl3, leading to the formation of the 9-coordinated complexation of the Ln3+ ion with CNPD or CTPD as well as one terpyridine (terpy). Ln3+ ions were effectively encapsulated by a ß-diketone derivatives and terpyridine. In conclusion, our photophysical studies indicate that the energy transfer in Er3+-[CNPD]3(terpy) and Er3+-[CTPD]3(terpy) takes place through the triplet state.
