| 제목 | Self regulated insulin delivery system using pH-responsive liposomes |
| 초록 | We performed chemical modification glucose oxidase and characterized it. Glucose oxidase was hydrophobically modified with palmitic acid of N-hydroxysuccinimide ester. And then, it characterized the enzymatic activity, surface tension, and the number of covalently modified lysine residue. pH-sensitive liposome was prepared by phospholipid and hydrophobically modified glucose oxidase containing calcein. Fluorescence quenching % was determined. |
