제목 Organic Ferroelectric Polymer Nano-structure Fabrication and its Application to Solar Cell
초록 Organic solar cells have got much attention due to its unique properties such as low-cost solution process, semi-transparency, flexibility and so on. But the commercialization of organic solar cell has been delayed because of its poor ability to obtain sufficient photovoltaic efficiency compared to inorganic one. Recently, organic ferroelectric system using P(VDF-TrFE) to enhance photovoltaic efficiency factors have appeared. Ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) interlayer plays a role to help charge carriers to be extracted, as well as providing driving force for exciton dissociation. Here, we report the facile method to fabricate ferroelectric polymer nanostructure to apply organic solar cell. Simutaneously we suggest the way to maximize the crystallinity of ferroelectric polymer nanostructure and prove its possibility for the use as an universal functional interlayer.
