Screen-printed Electrochemical sweat sensor using graphene ink |

A highly conductive and concentrated graphene inks were prepared using a fluid dynamics process. The use of fluidic reactor enabled us to high yield and high concentration of exfoliated graphene dispersions. Based on graphene inks, the electrochemical sodium ion sensor was fabricated by a screen printing process. The as-obtained sensors exhibited a high sensitivity (54 mV/dec) and fast response time (3.6 s). In addition, the electrochemical sensor had a high flexibility and electrochemical durability under mechanically bent states. On-body tests were further demonstrated by real-time monitoring of subject wearing sweat sensor connected with PCB modules during indoor exercise. |
