제목 | Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) on the oxygen reduction reaction in PEMFC |
초록 | Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) were prepared as a non Pt catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction. All MOFs were directly synthesized and the carbonized at 9000C under nitrogen condition. Prepared catalysts were checked by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Rotating disk electrode (RDE) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) experiments were carried out at scan rate of 5 mV/s in the potential range of +1 V to -0.2 V and 0 V to 1 V in 0.5 M H2SO4. The oxygen and nitrogen were used oxygen and nitrogen saturated electrolyte solution. Commercial Pt/C catalyst (40 wt %) were used for comparison. The manganese metal organic framework (Mn MOF) shows higher activity, onset potential was 0.8 V (vs NHE) than the other transition metal frameworks such as iron and cobalt. |
