Triple shape memory effect by silanized polyurethane/silane functionalized graphene oxide nanocomposites bilayer |
초록 |
Various contents of silane functionalized graphene oxides (f-GO) were chemically incorporated into the polyurethanes based on ether group and those based on ester group without f-GO have been synthesized by sol-gel reaction. It was found that the f-GOs act as multifunctional cross-links as well as reinforcing fillers and significantly augmented the glassy and rubbery state moduli, yield and break strength, Tg and dual shape memory properties. Bilayer of the two films of well separated Tgs fabricated by semi-IPN showed synergistic mechanical properties in glassy and rubbery states alongside two undisturbed glass transitions by which an intermediate plateau region and triple shape memory effect were demonstrated. These bilayer films exhibit TSME with increasing shape fixities and shape recoveries with increasing content of f-GO. Those properties increased up to 1.5wt% of f-GO beyond which most of the above properties showed decrease due probably to aggregation of f-GO. |
