제목 Synthesis of Efficient Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence(TADF) Dopant Materials Based on Carbazole-Triazine Derivative and Their Device Properties.
초록 We have designed and synthesized novel 9-(2-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-9H-carbazole(Cz-Trz), 9,9'-((6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl)bis(2,1-phenylene))bis(9H-carbazole)(BCz-Trz), 2,4,6-tris(2-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-1,3,5-triazine(TCz-Trz) as the dopant material for themally activatied delayed fluorescence. The blue device When the device configuration of PEDOT(60nm)/TAPC(20nm)/mCP(10nm)/mCP:Dopant(25nm)/TSPO1(5nm)/TPBi(30nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(200nm) was constructed, the EL emissions of the devices are observed at 470nm(Cz-Trz), 465nm(BCz-Trz), 467nm(TCz-Trz). In optimized structure, the best performance of TCz-Trz based blue emitting devices exhibits a current efficiency of 20.79 cd/A and external quantum efficiency of 13.38% at 1000 cd/m2
