제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Orange-Red Materials Based on Substituent Position Induced Color Tunable for Solution Processed OLEDs
초록 We are successfully synthesized series for soluble orange-red-emitting new heteroleptic Ir(III) complexes using the different positions of a substituent (CF3) in the phenyl ring, 4-phenyl-2-((trifluoromethyl)phenyl)quinolone derivatives, (o-CF3DPQ), (m-CF3DPQ) and (p-CF3DPQ) compounds as main ligands and both pic and tmd as ancillary ligands. (o-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(pic), (m-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(pic), (p-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(pic), (o-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(tmd), (m-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(tmd) and (p-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(tmd), Respectively It exhibits an excellent solid state photoluminescence quantum yield of 75% and high thermal stability Td(5% weight loss) of 302-364 °C The HOMO and LUMO of (m-CF3DPQ)Ir(III)(pic) were 5.6 and 3.1 Respectively. The Optimized Phosphoresent OLEDs showed impressive device performance with maximum luminance efficiency of 43.9 cd/A, maximum power efficiency of 22.98 lm/W and maximum external quantum efficiency of 17.14% at 5.2 V driving voltage. The orange Phosphoresent OLEDs were fabricated OLEDs with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/2.6-DCzPPy:TAPC:m(CF3DPQ)2Ir(pic)/TmPyPB/LiF/Al.
