Compared to conventional electrospinning, syringeless electrospinning has advantage in mass production due to using several helically fixed probes instead of syringe and needle. It can also easily introduce function of heterogeneous nano filler to nonwoven mat using colloidal electrospinning because fillers can be electrospun in large quantities without great restrictions. In this paper, we prepared nonwoven fiber mat with colloid using Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as polymer and TiO2, ZrO2, synthesized silica particle and Metal organic framework (MOF) as filler. By adding up to 2 times more filler than polymer weight, nonwoven mats were successfully fabricated with different kinds of polymers and composite fillers. Depending on the added filler, physical, chemical and mechanical properties of nonwoven mat were changed and function of fillers were introduced into electrospun mat for various applications. |
