제목 Tumor-Deconstructible Cationic Nano-micellar Platform for Effective Anti-Tumor Activity in Peritoneal Carcinomatosis                          
초록 In this study, we designed paclitaxel (PTX) loaded bio-reducible positive charged micelles comprising disulfide polyethyleneimine (SS-PEI) as hydrophilic part and lithocholic acid, a secondary bile acid as hydrophobic moiety termed as Lithocholic acid – ssPEI micelles (LAPMi). Introduction of bio-reducible disulfide groups on nanoparticle surface imparts low toxicity and faster destabilization of cargo into the cytoplasm of cancer cells .The cellular uptake of LAPMi was higher in CT26 cells aided to its positive charge and bile acid component. Tumoral reduction environment resulted in controlled and sustained release of PTX in CT26 cells. In vitro and In vivo evaluations demonstrated efficient antitumor effects against intraperitoneal at very low dosage and with no systemic toxicity. In conclusion, PTX loaded nano micelles were considered as potential strategy for treating intraperitoneal cancers.
